- For retirement income related questions: Select option 2 (group retirement and savings plan inquiries), then option 2 again (retirement income questions)
- For help logging into your account: Select option 3 (technical support)
You can also view your account online by visiting My Canada Life at Work to ensure your beneficiary information and payment schedules are up to date.
If you haven’t already registered, please use the following link so that you can access your pension account with Canada Life.

About CBBenefits
The Board of Directors of Canadian Baptist Ministries has established and maintains The Canadian Baptist Pension Plan, as well as certain group employee benefit plans in partnership with the Canadian Baptist Denominational Partners.
The Board has created the Pension and Insurance Committee to provide governance and oversight of the CBBenefits programs. The Committee has approximately 15 members and is made up of senior administration from each region, professionals with experience and expertise in fields relevant to pension and benefits and representation of clergy plan members.
