Terms of use
This website (the “Site”) is maintained by the Pension and Insurance Committee (the “Committee”), under direction of the Canadian Baptist Ministries’ Board of Directors. The Site is intended to provide information related to the CB Benefit and Pension Programs, including forms, publications, plan descriptions, and other materials (the “Content”). By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use below.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada and these laws apply to the use of the Site or the Content by you, notwithstanding your domicile, residency or physical location.
